North Terminal or South Terminal — We Need to Know Before We Leave
Gatwick has two terminals about a mile apart, connected by a free shuttle train that takes 10 minutes each way. If your driver drops you at the wrong one — or you land and your driver’s at the wrong pickup point — that’s 20 minutes lost. On a short connection or with a strict check-in window, that matters.
North Terminal handles easyJet, TUI, Norse Atlantic, and some charter airlines. South Terminal is British Airways, Vueling, EasyJet also uses South for some routes. If you’re not sure which terminal your airline uses, give us your flight number when you book and we’ll check it. We’d rather double-check than have you miss a bag drop.
The route from Luton is the M1 south to the M25, then clockwise round to Junction 8 and south on the M23. The M25 section — particularly around Junction 6 to Junction 7 near Reigate — is the unpredictable stretch. On a good day it flows. On a bad commuter morning it queues. We build the right buffer into every pickup time suggestion.
North Terminal

South Terminal
British Airways, Vueling, some easyJet routes, and the direct rail link to London Bridge/Victoria. Usually calmer for drop-off.

Gatwick Transfer Questions
How long does it take from Luton to Gatwick?
80–100 minutes off-peak via M1/M25/M23. The M25 between J6 and J7 is the variable — can queue badly in peak. We suggest a pickup time that accounts for it. For early morning flights, allow 2 hours to be safe.
Is it better to get the train from Luton to Gatwick?
The Thameslink from Luton Airport Parkway to Gatwick takes about 75 minutes — but add the shuttle from LTN, a change at St Pancras or Blackfriars, and the walk at Gatwick, and you’re looking at 2+ hours door to check-in. For a group with bags, a direct taxi is usually easier and often comparable in cost.
What if I don’t know my Gatwick terminal?
Give us your flight number. We’ll look it up and confirm the terminal before your pickup. Airline/terminal allocations change and we’d rather catch a discrepancy in advance.
Are Gatwick’s drop-off charges in the fare?
Yes — Gatwick’s drop-off fee is £10 and it’s inside your fixed price. No extras at the barrier. The driver sorts it. You get out and head straight to check-in.
What happens if my flight home is delayed?
We track every incoming flight. The driver adjusts automatically and the first hour after landing is free. A late easyJet back from Ibiza doesn’t cost you extra — it’s just part of the service.
Do you cover Gatwick to Luton Airport connections?
Yes — we run cross-airport transfers between Gatwick and Luton (LTN), Heathrow and Luton, and most combinations. Land at Gatwick, need to catch a departure at Luton. Fixed price, your party only.
