T2, T3, T4, T5 — We Know Which Exit to Take
Heathrow is not one airport. It’s four terminals spread across 12 square miles of west London, each with its own approach road, drop-off zone, and pickup point. Getting the wrong terminal on a tight schedule is more than an inconvenience — the inter-terminal shuttle adds 15–20 minutes and can cost you a flight.
We’ve been running this route from Harpenden and the Luton area for years. T2 and T3 are at the Central Terminal Area, reached via the A3044 spur off the M25 J14. T4 is on its own spur off the M25 before J14 — separate road, easy to miss if you’re following signs too late. T5, British Airways’ dedicated terminal, sits alone at the western end of the airport off the M25 J14A. These are not the same road. We know which one we’re going to before we leave Bedfordshire.

Terminal 2 — The Queen’s Terminal
Star Alliance carriers: United, Lufthansa, Air Canada, Swiss. Via Central Terminal Area, J14 M25 spur. Pickup: short-stay car park, 2 min walk from Arrivals.
Terminal 3
oneworld (ex-BA routes), Delta, Virgin Atlantic transatlantic. Next to T2 at Central Terminal Area. Pickup: short-stay multi-storey, 3 min walk.
Terminal 4 — The Southern Terminal
KLM, Malaysia Airlines, some Iberia. On its own spur road — separate from T2/T3. Pickup: short-stay car park directly outside Arrivals. Often less congested than central terminals.
Terminal 5 — British Airways
Dedicated BA terminal — all long-haul BA flights. Via M25 J14A. T5A, T5B and T5C are all one building airside. Pickup: short-stay car park, road level opposite T5A exit. Our most popular early-morning Heathrow run.

Heathrow Transfer Questions
How long does the drive from Luton to Heathrow take?
50–70 minutes off-peak via the M1 J9 or J10 south to M25, then west to Heathrow. In morning rush hour — 7–9am particularly around the M25 J12 (M3 interchange) — allow 80–100 minutes. We build buffer time into every pickup recommendation.
Are the Heathrow drop-off and pickup charges included?
Yes — both. Heathrow’s Express Drop-Off fee is £7 and the short-stay pickup charge is £8. That’s £15 in airport charges, and it’s all inside your fixed quote. No surprises at the barrier, no awkward conversation in the car park.
What happens if my Heathrow flight is delayed?
We track it. Your driver’s pickup time adjusts automatically. First 60 minutes after landing is free. A transatlantic flight running 3 hours late at T5 is a regular event — it doesn’t change what you pay.
Where does my driver meet me at Heathrow?
At the short-stay car park at your terminal — 2–3 minutes from Arrivals. Your driver calls or texts when you land. For Meet & Greet (driver inside Arrivals with name board), just ask when you book.
Can you do cross-airport transfers — Heathrow to Luton Airport?
Yes — this is a common booking. Land at Heathrow, need a connection at Luton. Or fly into Luton, heading to Heathrow for the next leg. Fixed price, your party only, straight between the two airports.
Do you cover 3am and 4am pickups for early T5 departures?
Yes. We run 24/7. BA long-haul departures at T5 often require 4am pickups from the Luton and Harpenden area. Book the evening before, driver confirmed before you sleep, no unsocial-hours premium.
